Documents You Need

1. Passport Bio Page Scan

Scan the bio page clearly. Every detail must be legible, including the Machine Readable Zone (MRZ) at the bottom.

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your intended arrival date in Ivory Coast.

2. Return Flight Ticket

Submit a confirmed flight reservation that shows:

  • Your departure date from Ivory Coast
  • Your full name, exactly as it appears in your passport

3. Certificate of Accommodation / Invitation Letter

This letter must come from your host in Ivory Coast - not from you. Upload a copy that is typed, printed, signed, and legalised with an official town hall stamp.

IMPORTANT: The letter must be written in French. And include:

Host Details

  • Full name
  • National ID number
  • Profession
  • Contact details
  • Full address

Your Details

  • Full name
  • Country of origin
  • Arrival and departure dates
  • Purpose of visit

Declaration: Your host must confirm in writing that they will provide you with accommodation for the duration of your visit.

Legalisation: The letter must carry your host's original signature and the town hall's official legalisation stamp.

What Makes a Document Valid?

Your documents must be:

  • Legible: no blurs, shadows, or cropped edges
  • Complete: all required fields visible
  • Consistent: your name must read the same across all documents

If any document is unclear or mismatched, your application will be delayed.
